Principal's statement

I feel privileged to have been offered the opportunity to lead MILC and I am delighted to introduce myself and MILC and hope to give you a flavour of our culture the high standards we set ourselves. We know that deciding where to study is an important decision for you and we would like to provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge that further enhances your career path.

I have over 20 years of experience of teaching within the education sector from supporting students with learning difficulties and disabilities to lecturing and tutoring students at the highest level through to programme management and quality control. I take the role of principal at an exciting time for MILC as we offer our courses to students in London and abroad and provide specialist programmes to meet the changing needs of a demanding and diverse community.

The success of any college is measured by the achievements of its students and we believe every student can be successful and enjoy their learning experience at MILC. Our approach is to offer a variety of learning opportunities with the aim of engaging every student so that they are able to get the most out of their time with us. Learning is at the centre of what we do and we aim to encourage all of our students to be successful and feel confident to achieve their goals through our knowledge and recognition of their personal strengths and needs.

With experienced and trained teaching staff and supportive and caring support staff MILC is a natural choice for those of you who want to realise your full potential and open up a world of possibilities with qualifications that are recognised nationally and internationally.
